Human Capital Partner Talent Acquisition

Our employees are your customers. You take questions and signals to heart and seize every opportunity for professionalization. You take the lead in recruitment and selection.

You contribute to developing our HR department into a professional “Human Capital Services” organization, providing high-quality service to employees, managers, and the executive team. For each of your responsibilities, you will be asked to create a substantive framework, map out current processes, and contribute to concrete innovation. At Flanders Make, you are engaged to be involved in all actions and follow-ups, from idea to evaluation, including support and administration.

Inflow of top researchers

As a Human Capital Partner Talent Acquisition, you are primarily an ambassador for the recruitment theme, ensuring the inflow of top researchers from both home and abroad for all sites.

  • You make well-founded choices regarding job fairs, publications, and other recruitment channels. You initiate actions and follow them up. You set up a planning schedule and coordinate with your colleagues.
  • You ensure a smooth selection process from start to finish and successfully integrate our new recruitment tool.
  • You also work on Employer Branding, Internal Mobility, Students and Interim.
  • Additionally, as a Human Capital Partner, you serve as the primary point of contact for our Lommel site, home to around 60 employees. Through your proximity and engagement, you contribute to employee satisfaction and social cohesion. Managers see you as a valuable sounding board. Without being a specialist, you act as the go-to person for employees on various HR topics, including contract or work schedule changes, thematic leave, salary components, international mobility, labor law, commuting, policies, reintegration after absence, job crafting, etc.
  • You stay connected with what is happening within the organization and act as an internal coach and problem-solving advisor for employees and managers throughout the HR lifecycle: from discussing hiring needs and conducting selection interviews to advising on development and guiding mobility and outflow.
  • You support management in developing, communicating, and guiding organizational changes.
  • You act as a sparring partner for the Human Capital Manager on both strategic and operational HR matters.
